Sous Chef

Our client, a luxury boutique hotel on the coast in Aberdeenshire, is looking for a senior chef to join their team.

The 44 bedroom hotel has a sister hotel 3 miles away with an Exec Chef overseeing both operations. They are looking for an experienced sous chef or possibly a head chef to run the AA rosette restaurant.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, good communication and man management skills and have a good character.

The salary for the role is very flexible and obviously depends on whether the successful candidate is hired as a sous chef or a head chef.

They have live in available at the sister hotel 3 miles away or they may even make on of the hotel room onsite available.
