About the Role

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to deliver consistently exceptional food and maintain the highest standards across the kitchen.

This is a hands-on leadership position, with responsibility for supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, leading service, developing the brigade and ensuring excellent standards across food quality, hygiene, organisation and cost control.
