The Role

Support the Head Chef in delivering fresh, seasonal menus in a busy gastro pub kitchen.

Lead service from the front. Help develop junior chefs. Maintain exceptional food standards.

You'll be hands-on, organised and passionate about creating great dishes using quality ingredients.

You'll Need

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
• Fresh food or gastro pub experience
• A passion for quality cooking
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a busy, high-volume kitchen
• A positive, team-focused approach
