Sous Chef / Senior Chef - Events Caterer - Farnham

Were working with an award-winning event catering company based in Farnham, covering Hampshire, Surrey and neighbouring counties.

Were looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hands-on Sous Chef / Senior Chef to join their growing team and help deliver exceptional food and service across weddings, private parties, corporate events and special occasions.

A varied, hands-on position working at exciting venues, from food preparation and service to event set-up and clear-down. Youll have the opportunity to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef/Director and take responsibility for the successful delivery of events.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef or similar

• Strong cooking and food preparation skills

• Confident leading a kitchen team

• Organised, reliable and calm under pressure

• High standards of food hygiene and presentation

• Flexible and happy working across different venues

• Positive, professional and hands-on approach

• Food Hygiene qualification

• Full driving licence essential
