Sous Chef – Welsh Pub Kitchen, Fast-Paced & Local

The Discovery, Cyncoed in Cardiff is seeking a driven Sous Chef to join our busy community pub kitchen. You will work closely with the head chef to oversee daily operations and ensure meals from breakfasts to Sunday roasts are prepared to a high standard.
