A typical day in the life of a Spa Customer Service Agent
Handle any inquiries and complaints via email, telephone, live chat and any other mediums the business may use.
Investigate queries/complaints, in accordance with guidelines and in a timely manner.
Answering queries from guests, third parties and our club locations....
