Jobtailor seeks an experienced commercial lawyer to lead asset finance and contract work in Spain, coordinating across UK and Spain. Requires 5–10 years PQE with fluency in Spanish and English.
You will draft and negotiate LOIs, master rental, vehicle purchase, maintenance, EV charger supply and warranty, and service agreements, while advising on governance, regulatory and data protection matters.
Hybrid role with London/Madrid coordination, strong stakeholder engagement and risk focus.
