  • Lead and develop clinical pharmacy services across critical care and adult pain areas, including governance, finance, operations, and research Act as a role model, delivering education, training, and mentoring to pharmacy staff and students Manage a team of pharmacists, technicians, trainees, and students Collaborate with the principal pharmacist to extend clinical practice and patient care boundaries Drive service improvements through multidisciplinary work to ensure safe, timely medicine provision Participate in clinical audit, risk management, and guideline development Deputise for the principal pharmacist and represent the team organization-wide
  • Tasks Post-register hospital pharmacy experience with substantial critical care exposure Directorate experience with drug expenditure reporting, formulary management, and DTC applications Experience in training and education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
  • Multidisciplinary communication experience
  • Risk management and audit coordination experience
  • UK professional registration with GPhC and a Diploma in clinical pharmacy practice
