KM Education Recruitment, established in January 2011, is a specialist recruitment consultancy exclusively recruiting for the Skills and Employability sectors nationwide. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. What you'll need We welcome applications from candidates who work in recruitment currently, or work within the Skills and Employability landscape with business development and learner/client engagement experience. Experience of managing and developing client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing business. Excellent listening and people skills, with a clear and confident telephone manner and the ability to listen and understand the needs of both candidates and clients. Experience of sourcing candidates through job board searches, applications, professional networking and referrals.The role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for: Working closely with clients and hiring teams to understand and support their recruitment needs. Proactively source and place high-quality candidates into a variety of roles within the Skills and Employability sector, including permanent, part-time and contract positions. Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Skills and Employability sector. Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial screening, cv submission, interview and outcome.
