We are recruiting permanent Sports Coaches to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding specialist school supporting pupils aged 219 years with a range of learning difficulties. This is a unique opportunity to combine your love of sport with meaningful impacthelping young people develop confidence, coordination, and life skills through physical activity. ?? About the School Ofsted Outstanding specialist provision Supports pupils aged 219 with diverse and complex needs Exceptional facilities, including: On-site swimming pool Purpose-built sensory rooms Extensive outdoor sports and activity spaces A dynamic, supportive, and forward-thinking team ? The Role Deliver engaging, inclusive sports sessions tailored to individual needs Support pupils physical development, teamwork, and confidence Adapt activities to suit a wide range of abilities and behaviours Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to support holistic development Provide 1:1 and small group support where required ?? Who Were Looking For Background in sports coaching, PE, or physical activity delivery Experience in SEN or SEMH settings is highly desirable Candidates with care/support work experience are encouraged to apply Personal experience with SEN (e.g. family) is valued Energetic, patient, and resilient with a genuine passion for supporting young people Strong communication and teamwork skills ??
