Senior QS / Commercial Manager
Location: Glasgow – 2 days from home
Contract duration: 36 months contract

We are partnering with a key client to recruit a Senior QS / Commercial Manager. This role involves developing procurement strategies, contract management plans, and ITT processes, including support for competitive and compliant tender submissions.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the tender process end-to-end, including preparation of documentation, commercial evaluation of bids, and supplier negotiations to achieve best value outcomes.
- Cost planning, estimating, and benchmarking.
- Procurement strategy development.
- Commercial risk identification and pricing.
- Stakeholder engagement across bid, design, and delivery teams.
A couple of things you should know:
- Experience in pre-contract and tendering within major infrastructure projects, with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- MRICS and/or MCIPS preferred.
