Staff ML Engineer: Lead Large-Scale Video World Models

Wayve seeks a Staff ML Engineer for Gaia, its video world model. You will own and accelerate training of frontier-scale models developed in-house, and possibly lead a key area to shape Gaia’s next version in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll design and run large-scale video model training, influence architecture and training strategy, and collaborate with research, simulation, and infrastructure teams to drive end-to-end impact while mentoring peers.
