KONE has an excellent opportunity for a Lift Tester to join our New Equipment and Modernisation team on a full-time basis. This role covers the North West, with occasional travel to other areas as required.Key accountabilities:Test lift units in line with approved procedures and KONE standards, including EN81, the Lift Directive, and Health & Safety requirementsCommission lift equipment to agreed specifications and commissioning guidelinesCarry out technical assessments, identifying and documenting faults for corrective actionAct as the key on-site contact, managing day-to-day communication with customers while coordinating closely with the SupervisorQualifications and previous experience:NVQ4 in Lift engineering or equivalent qualification, module TLE4/005 Performing Testing Operations on Existing/Modernised Equipment is desirableWillingness to complete the NVQ4 Mods module if not already achievedUK driving licenceWhat's in it for you:Excellent salary depending on experienceAnnual bonus up to 20%, target level 10%Company car or vanPrivate medical insurance25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + 1 Volunteering DayIn addition to the above benefits, we offer a wide range of financial, lifestyle, health and wellbeing benefits that you can tailor to your needs.Your development matters:We provide clear career progression pathways to help you reach your full potential.
