VANRATH are delighted to be working with a respected public body seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement & Events Officer to join their operational team.

About you Previous experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management or events Strong event planning and coordination experience Excellent organisational and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Confident working independently and as part of a wider team Professional, proactive and approachable manner Experience within the public, voluntary or community sector would be advantageous What you'll do Support the planning and delivery of stakeholder engagement activities Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate meetings, events, workshops and engagement activities Assist with event logistics, scheduling, communications and administration Liaise with stakeholders, partners and external organisations to support successful delivery Prepare event materials, correspondence, briefing documents and other communications Support project planning and xwzovoh monitor progress against agreed deadlines Coordinate multiple activities and ensure key actions are followed through Provide administrative and organisational support to the wider team Contribute to reports and updates on stakeholder engagement and event activity For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
