Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Position: Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: Central Manchester Duration: Permanent Salary: up to £42,000 plus package We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in Commercial building services maintenance. This engineer will be working in a multi-story office block in the centre of Manchester. The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial maintenance background. They need to be holding full Electrical qualifications (city and guilds/ nvq) and 18th Edition. We would like this engineer to have completed a full apprenticeship and have their AM2. This role is based on a static site, so there is no vehicle or parking. Requirements Strong Commercial Electrical Maintenance background Based in a commutable distance to central Manchester Must be a qualified electrical engineer (city and guilds/nvqlevel 3) Must have 18thEdition It is preferred that this person has the AM2 certification Happy to work on a static site Some mechanical experience would be a major advantage Package Good basic salary No on call Can join an on callteam at weekends for overtime if wanted. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension We are looking to interview for this position asap.
