Stock Condition and EPC Assessor

TSA Surveying are looking for 4 experienced Stock Condition Surveyors and EPC Assessor to conduct surveys for a large HA in London.

Surveyors Required:

1 x East London
1 x West London
2 x North West London

Start date: 5th October 2026
Working hours: 3pm9pm
Minimum 4 days per week required
Duration: Approximately 48 months
Very Good Rates
Outside IR35
Tablet, Trainig and ID Badges/Calling Cards Provided

You will be carrying out:

Stock Condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes Standard (DHS) and EPC Assessments
Door knocking to arrange access where required and also attending pre-booked appointments
