Stock Condition Surveyor DEA — Flexible, Paid-Per-Survey

TSA Surveying Ltd in South Wales is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor/DEA for an ongoing project. Location: South Wales. Contract: Outside IR35, paid per survey. 8-10 surveys per day with training on the software provided.

Responsibilities include surveys on social housing properties (kitchens, bathrooms), EPC assessments, and assessing remaining lifespans of components. Tablets will be used for data collection, and this is an ongoing, flexible role with a supportive team.
