Stock Condition & EPC/RdSAP Surveyor
Join a growing team delivering high-quality property surveys across West London.
We're currently looking for an experienced Stock Condition & EPC/RdSAP Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis. Location - Primarily West London (I have a map I can email to you) Company van provided Fuel Card Provided Expenses covered All surveying tools supplied The Role - You'll be carrying out: Stock Condition Surveys EPC Assessments RdSAP Surveys All surveys are completed using Totalmobile on the client's own software, with a single digital survey form, making the process straightforward and efficient.
Requirements Elmhurst-accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for EPCs (essential) Experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage your workload Full UK driving licence
