Perpetual Inventory of all incoming materials * Investigation and rectification of inventory discrepancies. * Identify and support Procurement teams with the control of slow-moving and aged stocks. * Record and track data, monitor trends and report upwards to other stakeholders (eg Finance, Procurement, Technical) for stock variances and write-offs to determine hitherto unidentified wastage and accurate usages. * Liaise with Technical / Quality teams to arrange disposal of material or returns to suppliers in accordance with documented procedures. * Cover for other Stock Controllers and/or Stock Control Team Leader during holidays or other absences. proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential. Experience of and a high level of proficiency working with CPMS/WMS systems, preferably SAP. Recent Inventory Control experience is essential, ideally a minimum of 3 year’s recent experience in manufacturing environments.
