Experienced Store Manager sought for an exciting new store opening with a premium fashion brand in Belfast. You will take full ownership of the retail store, oversee the new store opening process, and build a high performing retail team that delivers outstanding customer service and strong commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full new store opening process, including recruitment, training and launch preparation
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the retail store
- Build, motivate and develop a high performing retail team
- Lead from the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service
- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance across all areas of retail
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed in line with brand guidelines
- Manage stock, compliance and all retail operational processes
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver launch plans and ongoing growth strategies
