Drive the team towards sales, KPI, and profitability goals, proactively identifying ways to improve performance and maximise opportunities. Ensure the store maintains excellent standards in visual merchandising, overall presentation, and daily operations. Oversee stock control, staff scheduling, health and safety requirements, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
