NORMAL is a young and dynamic Danish retail chain expanding into Ireland. We’re recruiting a Store Manager for our new Nutgrove Shopping Centre store to lead a growing team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, coach staff in a friendly, results‑driven environment, and ensure store profitability and strong customer focus.

Lead by example, manage budgets and KPIs, create inspiring displays and drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
