Store Manager: Lead Team, Deliver Great Service

Toolstation Limited in Aberdeen Westhill is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy branch. You will work 40 hours per week, manage early starts and late finishes, and drive excellent customer service while developing a high-performing team.

You’ll be responsible for store operations including deliveries, stock, and customer engagement, with a focus on growth, leadership, and daily improvements to keep customers coming back.
