This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fashion retailer to join at an exciting stage of growth, taking ownership of the store from pre-opening through to launch and ongoing trading. The Role You will: Lead the new store opening, from recruitment and training through to launch. Take ownership of sales, KPIs and commercial performance. Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and high service standards. Drive strong standards across VM, stock management and store operations. Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales. Build a positive, high-performance team culture. Work closely with the wider business on launches and commercial initiatives. About You We are looking for an experienced Store Manager or Flagship Store Manager with: Strong experience within fashion, premium retail. A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results. Experience leading and developing retail teams. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance. A genuine passion for fashion, people and customer experience.
