PPG Falkirk is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead from the front at our Johnstone’s Decorating Centre, driving sales and ensuring excellence in operating standards. You will deliver outstanding customer service and support, maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.

You will supervise sales staff, manage rotas and training, control resources within budget, and uphold health & safety and store policies while promoting career progression and staff welfare.
