Store Shift Leader - Flexible Hours & Benefits

Tesco in Elgin is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the in-store team and ensure a great customer experience. This temporary role offers varied hours and a base rate shown below, with additional payments possible in some locations.

You will lead across store areas, respond to daily enquiries, coach colleagues, and model outstanding service. Flexible working is available from day one, with a minimum guaranteed weekly hours.
