Store Team Leader: Customer & Community Champion

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to supervise a small store team in Usk, working a mix of opening, middle and closing shifts. You will help stock shelves, support sales and ensure excellent service while engaging with the local community and Co-op members.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, manage tills and merchandising, and support daily operations with the team. The role offers part-time hours with regular overtime and permanent contract potential.
