Store Team Leader - Flexible Part-Time, Weekend Shifts

Co-op in Wrexham is seeking a part-time Customer Team Leader to manage day-to-day store operations, lead a team on shift, and ensure excellent service. The role involves hands-on floor work, stock checks, and driving merchandising and HR processes.

You will work a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, including at least 2 evenings and 1 weekend shift, with 30% colleague discount and progression opportunities.
