Store Team Leader: Guide a Busy Retail Team & Community

Co-op in Usk is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run daily store operations with a small team. You’ll lead shifts, coach colleagues, manage tills, and ensure merchandising and stock accuracy while engaging with the local community.

You’ll work a mix of opening, middle and closing shifts, including weekends, for 24–30 hours per week with a permanent contract. Benefits include staff discounts, flexible pay options and ongoing training.
