Store Team Leader (Part-Time) - Build Community & Service

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Inverness to run the store day-to-day, lead a small team across shifts, and deliver great service. You’ll help with merchandising, stock control, and community engagement, while supporting online services and delivery drivers where applicable.

With 25 hours per week plus overtime, you’ll grow membership and champion Co-op values, earning £14.48 per hour and benefiting from in-store discounts and development opportunities.
