Store Team Leader — Part-Time, Flexible Shifts

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Edinburgh to manage a small store team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. You’ll help drive community engagement and store performance while upholding Co‑op’s values.

The role is part-time (24 hours per week) with regular overtime, permanent contract, and a varied shift pattern including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Training and benefits accompany this position.
