Morson Edge are currently seeking a Stores Operative to work on the behalf of one of our reputable defence clients based in Winfrith Newburgh.

Job Purpose:
To ensure an effective and efficient supply chain is in place between suppliers and the client which supports the effective operation of the client exceeding targets including customer delivery and quality.
Ensuring material is managed in a timely way and stock accuracy is maintained
Ensure compliance with health and safety and legislative requirements
Key accountabilities may include:
Receipting of Goods checking paperwork and recording receipts accurately
Accurately recording of movements in the ERP system and periodic stock counts as required.
Complete Stock Processing, Picking and Shipping activities as required.
Liaise with internal customers to collect material and deliver where appropriate.
Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment from HGV's
Other duties within Supply Chain Dept. as assigned
Personal qualities:
Experience in a stores environment would be advantageous
Experience of dealing with internal customers with good inter-personal skills.
Trained on the operation of Forklift, Reach Truck and other lifting equipment desirable.
Able to prioritise work and manage conflicting demands
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
IT capable
ERP experience desirable
The successful candidate must be able to achieve full SC (Security Clearance). xwzovoh
