Strategic Asset Management Lead

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking an experienced chartered surveyor to provide strategic leadership and manage the Council’s Asset Management Team and external consultants in delivering property-related programmes.

You will oversee over 900 assets with a combined value of over £700M, shaping the estate strategy and driving innovative asset solutions across public sector property to maximise value for services and communities.
