Strategic Benefits & Wellbeing Lead

EY is seeking a UK Benefits Manager to lead the benefits and financial wellbeing strategy across the UK & Ireland. You will shape the benefits portfolio, drive value for employees, and align programmes with the firm’s objectives.

The role combines strategic thinking, commercial insight and strong stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working is enabled with in-office presence required two days per week and monthly travel to London.
