Strategic Capital Delivery Lead

Jersey Water is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex capital projects across its estates and infrastructure portfolio, taking ownership from concept and feasibility through to design, procurement, construction and handover.

You will ensure projects are planned and controlled to achieve safe, timely and cost‑effective outcomes, with clear management of scope, programme, budget, risk and benefits, while coordinating internal teams, consultants, and suppliers.
