Strategic Change Partner – People & Culture (12-month Secondment)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Orkney’s People and Culture Directorate for an experienced Change Partner to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. This newly established role has been created to support a significant programme of organisational change, workforce transformation and service redesign across NHS Orkney.

Working closely with Directors, senior leaders, managers and staff side representatives, you will play a key role in helping services deliver sustainable
