Strategic Civils & Cabling Resource Lead (Hybrid)

Balfour Beatty plc in Scotland is seeking a strategic resourcing professional to shape the planning, allocation and deployment of civils and cabling resources across UK Power T&D projects. This hybrid role can be based at Maxim office in Motherwell or the Westhill Office near Aberdeen, with site visits across UK.

You will lead demand forecasting, coordinate deployment, work with project teams and supply chain partners, and develop resourcing strategies to meet changing priorities.
