How You'll Make an Impact as a Strategic Program Management Consultant Support the successful delivery of strategic programmes and transformation initiatives
Work directly with clients to understand challenges and identify practical solutions
Develop presentations, reports and project deliverables for key stakeholders
Organise and facilitate workshops, meetings and programme activities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business problems
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Support business development activities and proposal creation
Contribute to programme governance, planning and delivery activities
Help organisations achieve sustainable and measurable business outcomes
What We're Looking For in a Strategic Program Management Consultant 2+ years' experience in Project Management, Programme Management or a related field
Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Experience working across multiple projects, disciplines xkybehq or industries
Ability to analyse complex problems and develop structured solutions
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Desirable Experience Professional Project Management certifications
Master's degree or postgraduate qualification
Consulting or client-facing experience
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes
