Strategic Employment Counsel — Hybrid (In-House)

Service Care Solutions Ltd is partnering with an award-winning facilities services company to recruit an experienced Employment Legal Counsel for its People and Legal function.

The role offers hybrid working in Berkshire, a salary of £60,000 to £65,000, and a temp-to-perm/permanent path. You will provide strategic employment law advice, manage both contentious and non-contentious matters, and help shape policies and training.
