DanceSyndrome is seeking an exceptional Growth & Development Director with 10+ years’ experience to lead, manage and execute the organisation's strategy, focusing on revenue and participation growth.

You will work with senior leaders to build cross-sectional partnerships, deliver multi-channel campaigns, and expand access to DanceSyndrome's programs for people with learning disabilities, strengthening the organisation's long-term sustainability.
