Strategic Head of Careers & Progressions

RNN Group is seeking a dynamic Head of Careers and Progressions to bridge education and paid employment across its cross-campus network in South Yorkshire and North Notts. You will lead Careers, Work Placement and IPS teams, modernise the careers strategy, and ensure clear next steps for students.

The role focuses on employer partnerships, regional HE/FE integration, and ensuring high progression outcomes while overseeing safeguarding, data metrics, and FE funding considerations.
