Strategic Head of Inclusion & Belonging

Imperial College London is recruiting a Head of Inclusion to provide strategic leadership for inclusion across the People Function and the wider institution. You will shape an ambitious Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and ensure governance, compliance and best practice across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the Director of Talent and Culture, you will lead the Inclusion team, work with senior academics and staff networks, and drive an inclusive culture with measurable impact.
