Strategic Hospitality Sales Director

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to own and elevate the performance of the sales and marketing teams. You will shape strategy, drive revenue, and foster a high‑performing culture across our hotels in the UK and beyond.

You will report to the General Manager, oversee daily operations, and guide pricing, RFPs, and client relationships to deliver exceptional guest experiences and financial success.
