Strategic HR & Administration Leader

The University of St Andrews Students’ Association is seeking an HR Lead to oversee all HR activities, ensure policy compliance, and manage relationships with managers and external advisers. This role requires strong leadership, data handling, and advisory skills in a university context.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and performance processes, while driving improvements to HR systems and governance.
