Strategic HR & Change Partner (Flexible Working)

West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a People and Change Partner to join the Strategic HR team. The role focuses on shaping workforce solutions, service redesign and people-focused outcomes across councils and services.

You will work with senior managers to deliver strategic HR and change activity, using workforce insight and data to inform decisions. A collaborative, proactive approach and excellent communication are essential.
