Strategic HR Generalist - Maternity Cover | Flexible

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will deliver strategic and operational HR support across the organisation, handling employee relations, recruitment, policy development, L&D, workforce planning, and HR reporting.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 (or progress towards) and strong knowledge of UK employment law; Welsh language skills or willingness to learn are beneficial.
