Jobtailor in Aberdeen seeks an experienced HR professional to advise and support senior leaders, managers and staff throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will coach stakeholders toward effective people and business solutions, apply Scottish Government HR policies, handle attendance, disciplinary, grievance and performance casework, and support recruitment with local governance processes. You’ll also contribute to the FSS People Strategy and Workforce Plan.
