Strategic HR Partner – Hybrid, National Security Impact

Babcock is seeking an HR Business Partner to shape national security through strategic people leadership at the HMNB Clyde Faslane site. You will support leaders in defence, nuclear and engineering with workforce planning, change programmes and employee relations.

The role is full-time, hybrid with on-site days, offering £45,000–£58,000 plus bonus and private health care. You will build strong relationships and drive inclusive people strategies across the business.
