Strategic HR Partner — Lead People & Culture

Pilgrim's Europe is hiring an HR Business Partner in Craigavon, full-time, to work with the Site Director and Leadership Team. You will shape and deliver the people strategy, lead ER matters, and drive engagement, culture and DEI initiatives across the site.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on HR activity, including workforce planning, development planning, and data-informed decision making to position the site as an employer of choice.
