Strategic HR Partner: Talent & Change Leader

Navantia UK is seeking an HR Business Partner to work on a 6+ month fixed-term contract, partnering with senior leaders to shape HR strategy in support of the UK defence, security and energy transition goals.

The role covers talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, performance and change management, and compliance with employment laws. BPSS clearance is required. This is a on-site opportunity within a complex, multi-site organisation.
